Ogele Timothy, Nelson Vincent, Others Sworn in as NAOSS Executives

 

Yesterday, 11th of April, 2017 marked the official swearing in ceremony of new executives of The National Association of Ondo State Students (NAOSS), Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter. In an interview with the New Public Relations Officer, Nelson Vincent Ayomitunde, he commended the efforts of the NAOSS Electoral Commission and the members of the association in ensuring a free and fair electoral process. He further recognized the presence of media men in fulfillment of promises made during the campaign.

The swearing in was conducted by Mr. Ehinmosan Kolade, the Chairman of the electoral commission with the president's inaugural address following.
 

In his address, the newly elected president, Mr Ogele Timothy stated that the administration has started on good note and infact organised FYB and end of the session party for the indigenes. With great thanks to people present, The President also beseeched people to participate in the administration as his campaign words contained  because that is the only way a better and greater Naoss can emerge.

The event ended with meat chops, stepped down with local palm wine and punche as substitutes for non-wine drinkers.

Ogele Timothy, Nelson Vincent, Others emerge Winners in NAOSS Elections

 

On Sunday, 2nd March, 2017, the National Association of Ondo State Students, (NAOSS) Obafemi Awolowo University chapter led in a new administration. This was after a series of campaigns and the electoral process led by Mr Ehinmosan Olukolade, the Chairman of the NAOSS Electoral Commission 2017.

After flying campaigns, a total of 236 voters came to exercise franchise. In a release signed by the electoral commission, the results were announced as follows:

Having fulfilled the constitutional provision. The above mentioned commission is pleased to announce the election results held on Sunday, March 2, 2017 to the members of the aforementioned association.
