Announcing the restructuring via an official LinkedIn Post, Abayomi Adeola Della, shared th excitement. According to her "we are excited to announce our new organizational structure— one that allows us to go deeper where it matters most. As a result, we now operate through two distinct arms:

1. Tsion Academy

Where we work to provide free, quality education to out-of-school children in underserved communities.

2. Maendeleo Africa

Equipping young African changemakers with the tools to lead, influence, and drive sustainable development across the continent.

Evolufy Africa

Started this as a teenager and over the past 9 years, Evolufy Africa has grown from a passion and charity project into a Pan-African platform impacting children, youth, and communities through education, leadership, and advocacy.

But growth demands focus.

Abayomi Adeola Della also deeply appreciated members of the Evolufy Africa team, some of whom have worked with the organisation for over six years. In her words, she mentioned that she is "grateful to Kehinde Adekunle, Monica Samuel-Onyugo, Grace Eyiolawi and Blessing Oluwasakin, ACIPM, HRPL, who have held things on for several years"!

Della asserted that this restructuring is not just an administrative shift— it’s a recommitment to impact, systems thinking, and the future of African development.

We’re building, learning, and collaborating more intentionally and we invite you to join us on this journey.

Evolufy Africa Celebrates 7th Anniversary, Hosts Children Christmas Party

Evolufy Africa clocked 7 years today!🚀🎉

When I was 18 years old, I set out to do what I thought was phenomenal. I was young but I didn’t think there was anything impossible and I picked everyone I knew to hear my vision and they walked in it without doubting what I was thinking. 7 years down the line, we have built what I think is unique, sustainable and transforming— if I say so myself.

The goal was to see to it that children were well taken care of, empowered and equipped and that the adults around them are not left out but trained also to be leaders and take initiative to solve global problems.

This year has seen us break new ground and expand our horizons. From launching innovative programs through collaboration that merge technology and creative expression to reaching underserved communities with our outreach efforts, and none of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our partners, donors, volunteers, and, most importantly, our dedicated team. Your unwavering commitment, passion, and tireless efforts have been the driving force behind our success.

As we step into a new year, let us carry forward the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and compassion that defines our organization. Let us continue to be a beacon of hope and opportunity for every child and youth, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Confident and positive that the team will continue to make a profound and lasting impact, the Executive Director of Evolufy Africa, Miss Abayomi Adeola Della

Happy 7th Anniversary to us! I know I don’t talk here about half of the work we do but I’d try to do that. I have a formidable team and a powerful community of support with whom I know I can take over the world with and that nothing is impossible.
