The Law Students' Society Obafemi  Awolowo  University is a Student body known to be committed  to the overall welfare  of her members.
IFELAW  as it's  fondly  called has over the years  been a pacesetter among  other sister faculties  through her value oriented  events.

It  is in this same bend that the  leadership of the  Society has deemed it fit to co-host "Life After School Series" with the renowned  TOKUNBO ORIMOBI.

It is worth saying  that the birth of this Career enabling  event is credited to the ingenuity  of the  Leadership Law Students' Society and the genuine  concern expressed  by the Tokunbo Orimobi towards the quality of graduates that universities churn out on yearly  basis.

The Life-After-School Series is an informal platform that helps groom university undergraduates and prepares them
for the corporate world. Issues such as: Career Plans, Loyalty, Assertiveness, Diplomacy, Respect for Constituted
Authority, Handling Politics in the Work Place, Handling Criticisms and other related issues are to be on the front burner of the event.

Ifelaw Moot and Mock Team Pummels Team Bowen to Clinch Prize

At the "Annual Bowen University Inter School Competition" which started yesterday, the 26th of April, 2018 and ended today, 27th April, 2018, the Ifelaw moot and mock team bagged brace of awards.

At the opening event Yesterday, 25th of April 2018, the ifelaw team participated in the mooting competition and bagged the Best memorial award.

Proceeding to the mock competition today, Ifelaw team pummeled Team Bowen to clinch the inter school moot and mock award.
It was such a glamorous competition which had several schools in attendance, Bowen University,Obafemi Awolowo University,University of Nigeria, Nsuka,University of Ibadan and others.

Segun Awolowo to Speak at Ifelaw National Business Summit 2017

Segun Awolowo is a typical product of change and progress. He believes in achieving greatness out of smallness irrespective of the difficulties and limitations around.  His philosophy is ‘start small, grow tall and get big’

He is passionate about Business and Ministry.  His passion for business made him to start Stretch International Ltd- an Audio Visual Company in 2004. Stretch is one of the leading audio- visuals companies in Nigeria.
He has worked with both great and small organizations and has handled several projects within and out of the country, fulfilling his passion.
Stretch emerged as African Most Trusted Quality Audiovisuals Company in 2016 & 2017. He also got The Best Global  Quality Audiovisual Company of the year 2016 & 2017 and Award of Excellence as Leading Audiovisual Company in Nigeria.
Olusegun also received Distinguished Leadership award from the prestigious Center for Leadership and Good Governance International.
Segun is a member of International Resource Center, USA, Institute of Enterprise Management and Analytics, African Chief Executive Officer Business Network and Lagos Business Club. He is the host and Organizer of "Economic and Empowerment Conference" and " Purpose and Leadership summit".

He is the president and founder of Firstword International.  FWI reaches out to schools, churches, institutions and cities propagating the Gospel and influencing others to live a better life.
Segun is also the Chairman of Perfect Edge Global School; a School of global standard set up to raise a new generation of blessings.
He  is a speaker and the author the popular ‘The Budding CEO’ and ‘The Budding Millionaire’ and  many titles to his credit.  Part of his write up includes: "Don’t be Stupid, Fulfillment and Adversity, Go and Sell your goods, God is not just theAlpha and Omega, You need Help, Relevance and Appearance, Trust and Money, Business Digest and several others."
Segun trained as Electrical/Electronic Engineer, He has a degree in religion philosophy from the prestigious Evangel Christian University of America, USA  and masters in Business Administration from Metropolitan School of Business and Management – UK. He has also attended several other courses in Leadership, Customer Service and others.

Segun Awolowo is happily married to a beautiful damsel, Oluseyi Awolowo and they are blessed with children.
