Job position: Private Assistant to MD



Place of work: Mainland, Lagos



Responsibilities



1. Chargeable for keeping proper records of director’s contacts.

2. control and coordinate the director’s tour arrangements.

3. Manage and organize conferences and appointment.

4. Typing, compiling and getting ready reports, and correspondence.

5. Reminding the managing director of crucial obligations and deadlines.

6. Provide personalized secretarial and administrative help in a nicely-prepared and well timed manner.

7. Supervising all activities associated with initiatives on behalf of the MD whilst necessary.

8. Carry out all tasks assigned by the managing director.



Qualifications



1. HND/BSC in any discipline.

2. Experience: 1-2 years and less than 28years.

3. Must be a Male



Required capabilities:



1. First rate IT competencies, with a operating expertise of presenting software program packages, ideally Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and collection of software in the E-commerce sector.

2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

3.Up-to-date with today's workplace devices and applications.

4. Excellent writing and presentation skills.

5. Proactive, precise attention to details.

6. Own high level of confidentiality.
