Responsibilities

The client Experience Officer will increase and hold purchaser relationships that promote retention and loyalty, in the long run improving purchaser lifetime cost and decreasing churn. Some of the duties of the CXO include proudly owning components of the purchaser journey such as:



Developing remarks surveys.

Scheduling in-individual and on-line conferences with clients.

Review Customer Experience requirements throughout consumer touch factors to make sure consistency and uniformity.

Requirements

Education:



Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / RN qualification in Nursing



Experience:



Minimum of three years in Customer Experience characteristic preferably in HMO.
