The South African Housemates, Khosi has emerged Ultimate winner of Big Brother Titans reality TV show. She came first to defeat her Nigerian close rival - Kanaga Jnr, who came first runner-up.

The show, which premiered on January 15, 2023, in South Africa with 24 housemates was left with just six housemates who battled for the grand prize after last Sunday’s eviction of three housemates including Thabang, Justin and Blaqboi.

The lucky finalists are the trio of Nigerian Yvonne, Ebubu, and Kanaga Jnr and the trio of South African housemates, Tsatsii, Khosi, and Ipeleng.

This BbTitans finale is the first edition of two TV phenomena, BBNaija and BB Mzansi’ - BBTitans from inception is filled with an abundance of Nigerian and South African swag, banter, twist, romance, and everything in between. But after 76 days of the show, it’s better imagined than said if the show has lived up to its billing.

With Khosi emergence, she becomes the first winner of Big Brother Titans [BbTitans] season and also the first Female and first South Africa to he crowned winner of Big Brother Titans 2023 edition.

After 76 days, the first season of the Big Brother Titans reality show has come to an end and a South Africa’s Journalist - Khosi Twala has emerged the winner and first Titan of the debut season of the Big Brother Titans show on Sunday, April 2, 2023. 

Khosi, with the full name as Makhosazane Twala is a 25-year-old South African lady who participated as an housemate in the just concluded BBTitans.

Khosi, who had been a fan favourite throughout the season, took home the ultimate grand prize of US$100,000 after garnering the most votes from viewers across Africa.

This season of Big Brother brought together Nigerian and South African housemates in one house for 76 days and has been a massive hit since it premiered three months ago. Viewers across the continent tuned in to watch the drama, romance, and friendships that unfolded inside the Big Brother Titans house.

Finally, a winner has emerged, her full name is Khosi Twala, a 25-year-old South African journalist, quickly became a fan favourite due to her charming personality and strategic gameplay. She formed strong alliances with other housemates and managed to avoid eviction throughout the season. She was up for possible eviction every week till the show’s end.

In the finale, Khosi went up against five other finalists: South Africa’s Ipeleng who was the first person to be evicted, followed by Nigeria’s Ebubu and Yvonne. Afterwards, South Africa’s Tsatsii was evicted as the second runner-up of the show, leaving Nigeria’s Kanaga Jnr and Khosi to go toe-to-toe with Khosi.

Speaking after her win, Khosi thanked fans and fellow housemates for their support. She said, “I am so grateful for this opportunity and I want to thank everyone who voted for me. It has been an incredible journey and I have made some amazing friends along the way.”

The finale of Big Brother Titans was a star-studded affair, with performances from some of Africa’s top musicians – Mayorkun and Maphorisa.  The viewing party in Lagos also drew appearances from past Big Brother Naija and Titans stars like Adekunle Olopade, Blaqboi, Olivia, Miracle, and Hermes.
