Yesterday's wind might have whispered a dirgeful melody that rang in our ears for a long time and our hearts might have been broken due to the betrayal of the "fellow travellers" or "loss of our sight and direction" at Yesterday's journey. With the new Day comes new strength once we replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts. With the new Day comes a new direction once we stop dwelling in thoughts of Yesterday's nightmare and concentrate our minds on the means of tackling the present events. With the new Day comes a new path to tail once we stop fooling our senses in seeing the early morning smoke as it goes off the eyes of the day.
It's pertinent the Nigerians understand that Yesterday's journey ended in futility neither because we were unlucky creatures nor destined to trail astray but we collectively decided to tread the path of destruction, persecution, discord and cruelness. In Yesterday's journey, we experienced turmoil due to the betrayals of our "fellow travellers" that include the Nigerian Government, Nigerian labours and Nigerian priests. The phrase "Nigerian elite" precisely captured the aforementioned set of people whom made us suffered greatly in yesterday's led journey with the aids of their agents(the priests) who deceived the Nigerians that this nightmare was ordained by God, a conspiracy and unholy alliance that incapacitated us from taking actions.
While the aforementioned "loss of sight and direction" was tantamount to the fall of the masses into the cooked lies of the elite paddled by their agents( Priests and media team.) It's pertinent we understand that Yesterday is not ours to recover but Tomorrow is ours to win or lose and those who can't remember the past are condemned to repeat it.The Nigerian elite have made our heads the fire and pot to cook stew for consumption, they have always broken the pots of our joy. It's our collective decision that can liberate us from the talons of these hawks, it's our collective decision that can restore the glory of our once flourishing country from the relic of history. It's high time we learnt from Yesterday's misfortune and prepare for tomorrow's success in this new dawn by fasten our belts in preparation for the confrontation of obvious and latent hurdles.
