Calls for immediate Restructuring of Nigeria

The recent call by some charlatans, daft and faceless elements who callously issued their so-called Kaduna declaration asking the Igbo nationales leaving in the Northern Nigerian to quit within 3-months of their self serving notice. We in Nigerian Students of Thought (NiST) having painstakingly studied the situations as events unfolds concludes that the reactionary quit notice is only good for the waste basket, the unwarranted utterance from these elements is highly insensitive and provocative not even at a time like this when over 60% of Nigerian are suffering from abject poverty as a result of the mismanagement of the country's natural resources and primitive looting of our collective treasury by the capitalist ruling class.
We are by this statement warning these elements to desist from any act that can undermine and jeopardize the peace of this country and allow every ethnics group to pursue their normal lives undertaking without fear as we await the emergence of a genuine socialist revolution in due time.
We in NiST are of the opinion that instead of the youths dissipating energy in making reactionary declaration against a particular ethnics group, the corrupt ruling class who are responsible for the concomitant problems and mutuary of wreckages in the country rather should get quit from public office or face mass action which will yield a more pragmatic and patriotic result.
We hereby call on the security agents as a matter of exigency arrest these northern elements that tends to undermine the laws of the country with their baseless declaration and quit notice, the signatories to the unintellectual Kaduna Declaration should be arrested for questioning and prosecution for treason with immediate effect. We also salute the efforts of the progressive and well-meaning Northern youths, Afenifere, Ohaneze Ndigbo, some Northern elders, State Governors and other Nigerians that has voiced out in condemnation of the unfortunate Declaration against the Igbo's. We call on The Nigerian National Assembly to immediately initiate a process for constitutional amendment for the restructuring of Nigeria to pave way for decentralization of power and even distribution of resources for collective national development.
In the meantime, the genuine revolutionaries are hatching plans to convene a meeting/ press conference to discuss the way forward on some national issues of Paramount importance.
The Igbo's and other peace loving Nigerians should ignore the baseless declaration and go about their normal duty peacefully as responsible and Law abiding Nigerian citizens.
