New Man Movement Gives To Society, Publishes Anthology

Yesterday, The New Man Movement fulfilled the necessary in her yearly contest organised between May to April this year. As promised by the organisers of the  writing contest, the publication of the NMWC 2016 Anthology was realised and an online launching conducted.

The thirty paged e-Anthology titled Poetic Masquerades included winning poems from Segun Arukuje, Ojuko Temitayo and a host of others.
In the foreword to the book, the chief panelist and judge, Usman Jacob, a poet and member of the Merit Writes conceded that the piece was an aid on the literary intelligence of the young. He included that
it was a spice on the younger generation, cooking them into literary giants.

In an interview with the President and Co-ordinator of The New Man Writing Contest, 2016, Nelson Vincent Ayomitunde, he reveals that "the anthology was majorly construed to comb out the virginity of literature amongst students. By next year, we intend to diversify,  involve more sponsors, better hands..."

He also thanked everyone who had successfully contributed to the progress of The New Man Movement Writing Contest 2016 and hope that the NMWC 2017 would be a success.

He further thanked the sponsors for making the 2016 edition a success. As recorded, he said that although, the publication and fulfilment of the promised were frustrated by certain factors, the next year edition would however be a buttered one. He therefore urged the general public to anticipate NMWC 2017.
